We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys, tokens, and credentials. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services immediately ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. AI-GENERATED CODE SHOULD BE REVIEWED BEFORE PRODUCTION USE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BRIDGESIDE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bridgeside and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
